Carson Street Improvement Project
The Carson Street improvement project is a major step in implementing the Carson Street Master plan. The proposed improvements will transform Carson Street to a pedestrian friendly “Main Street” with a distinct identity that the entire community can be proud of. The design process for these improvements is well underway.

The Planning Commission and City Council plans are expected to consider the plans for approval on December 15th and December 20th, respectively. Construction could start as early as 2012, if funding is approved. The following design concepts were presented to the community on the November 16th “Future of Carson Street” community meeting.
