The Fireworks Regulations in the City of Carson was created to promote and protect the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens, businesses and visitors of the City of Carson. Pursuant of California Health and Safety Code Section 12529, safe and sane fireworks may be sold and discharged within the City of Carson only during the period designated within the provisions of Section 3101 of the Carson Municipal Code. Safe and sane fireworks may only be sold at a properly licensed stand within the City of Carson.
