Business Development Share Print Small Business Assistance Grant Program The City of Carson is offering a one-time Business Assistance Grant to Businesses in Carson who have been financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Program is available to businesses within the City of Carson boundaries with fewer than fifty (50) employees. The Carson Business Assistance Program is made possible by the Community Development Block Grant Supplemental Grant (CDBG). The grant funds do not have to be repaid.
